HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITIVE
The High School Competitive Program, "Elevate Your Game," is designed to maximize player potential and facilitate the transition to collegiate-level soccer.
- Collegiate Pathway: We actively structure the program and competition schedule to provide players with the resources and preparation necessary to pursue collegiate soccer opportunities.
- The Complete Student-Athlete: Prioritize academic excellence and the development of positive, responsible, and autonomous individuals who excel both on and off the field.
- High-Level Conduct: Players must demonstrate Off-Ball Engagement, Effective Communication, and a Positive Attitude—the qualities colleges seek.
- Value: Leadership, academic commitment, maturity, and competitive drive.

Summer SeasonList Item 1
The program runs from May through the first week of August, with practices and participation in selected summer tournaments.

High School BreakList Item 2
Players are released (Aug–Mid-Nov) to join their high school teams.

WinterList Item 3
Players return to NCA practices toward the end of November (2–3 sessions per week) and participate in a December showcase event. The season officially kicks off in January and extends through March.

SpringList Item 4
OYSA Cup play takes place in April.

Recruitment Focus
Program structure, tournament selection, game film, and player development are geared toward facilitating collegiate recruitment.
