Volunteer with NCSC
We are looking for energetic volunteers to help us create an amazing environment for our players. Whether you are organized, creative, or just love connecting with people, there is a place for you here.
The Best Part? In addition to the satisfaction of supporting local youth, all volunteers in these positions receive free club registration for their children!
Rec Volunteer Coordinator (Field Painting)
Help Set the Stage for Game Day Do you like seeing a fresh, crisp field ready for kickoff? We need a coordinator to organize our parent volunteers who paint the field lines.
What you’ll do: You will create the schedule for weekly painting and meet with parent volunteers to show them the ropes.
Don't worry: You don’t need to measure or do the layout! You just train parents to paint over existing lines using a simple striping machine that takes about five minutes to learn.
Why it matters: You ensure every recreational game has a field that looks professional and is ready for play.
Marketing Director
Be the Voice of Our Club Are you creative? Do you have a knack for design? We are looking for someone to help us tell our story and grow our soccer family.
What you’ll do: You will design eye-catching flyers, banners, and digital ads to drive registration for our Fall and Spring seasons. You’ll manage our digital advertising and coordinate with local schools to get the word out.
The Vibe: This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Director to make sure NCSC and the North Clackamas Alliance (NCA) look great in print and online. Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe is a huge plus!.
Sponsorship Director
Build Bridges with Local Businesses Help us keep soccer affordable and accessible by connecting with our community partners.
What you’ll do: You will reach out to local, regional, and national
businesses to find sponsors who want to support youth sports. You’ll create sponsorship packages (like website logos or field banners) and manage those relationships to ensure our sponsors feel appreciated.
Why it matters: Your work directly generates financial support for the club, helping us improve our programs and facilities.
Mini-Kindi Coordinator
Start Their Journey Right
The Mini-Kindi program (Kindergarten through 2nd grade) is where the love of soccer begins. We need a friendly communicator to be the heart of this program.
What you’ll do: You are the main point of contact for K-2 families and coaches. You’ll help recruit volunteer coaches, ensure they have the gear they need, and work with our schedulers and field coordinators to make the season run smoothly.
Why it matters: You are the face of the club for our youngest players, ensuring they (and their parents!) have a fun, organized, and positive introduction to the sport.
Club Registrar
The Wizard Behind the Curtain!
Do you love organization and seeing all the puzzle pieces fit together? The Registrar is the engine that keeps our club running by implementing our programs in the PlayMetrics system—whether that's a spot on a Rec or Competitive team, a tryout, a summer camp, or a tournament series.
What you’ll do: You will work with the PlayMetrics Admin to define program details and fees, manage the opening and closing of registrations, and keep our social media teams informed of key dates.
The Connector: You act as the essential liaison between the club and the Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA), ensuring compliance by transmitting rosters, birth certificates, and other required information for league participation.
Team Builder: You’ll coordinate with the Directors of Coaching, admins, and coaches to ensure every player is assigned to the correct roster.
Family Support: You help families navigate the financial side of the club by managing refunds, reviewing financial aid requests, and applying discounts directly in PlayMetrics.
Why it matters: You ensure the administrative backbone of the club is strong so that every child has a team, a coach, and a valid spot on the roster.
