The Developmental Program is the crucial entry point into competitive soccer, designed to instill fundamental skills and a competitive mindset. Our core principles focus on growth and technical proficiency.
- Comprehensive Skill Acquisition: Provide a well-rounded and challenging soccer experience that fosters technical mastery and ball control.
- Transition to Competitive: This program is the ideal pathway for players moving from our recreational system (NCSC) who choose to commit to the competitive full-year soccer structure (NCA).

CommitmentList Item 1
Full year commitment (Summer, Fall, Spring) with flexibility for family vacations during summer, training break in winter, and accommodating multi-sport athletes.

Summer
Twice a week summer training begins in June. The yearlong tuition includes registration for two summer tournaments with selection based on coach strategy and team availability.

FallList Item 2
Twice a week training continues through the fall (Sept-Oct). Teams have 10 weekend games in the OYSA Developmental League for U9-U10 7v7.

Winter FutsalList Item 3
Although not included in the program fees, many teams opt for winter Futsal for skill retention and high-speed competitive training. Futsal commitment usually consists of 8 weekend games occuring Nov-Jan.

SpringList Item 4
Outdoor twice a week practices resume Mid/Late January. Teams have 8 weekend games (March-Apr) in the OYSA Developmental League for U9-U10 7v7.

Integrated Teams
Integrated Teams: To ensure all players have a competitive opportunity, girls may be placed on teams competing in the boys' divisions. This has been a consistently positive approach that promotes player development and enhances overall team dynamics.
