Club Volunteer Tasks

North Clackamas Soccer Club is a 100% volunteer organization serving Oak Grove and Milwaukie. There is no paid staff. Every field permit, every equipment bag, every social media post and every Saturday goal setup is handled by a parent who found a bit of time.

Below is a list of the routine jobs that keep the club running. We've broken them into small, specific pieces on purpose. You don't have to join the board or commit to a whole season — some of these take an hour a week, some take one afternoon a year. Each listing says what's involved, roughly how much time it takes, and who at the club you'd work with.

Many of these jobs are currently unfilled, which means someone on the board is doing them on top of their own role, or they're just not getting done.
